Delete my Luneon account
You can permanently delete your Luneon account and the data associated with it. This action is irreversible.
Recommended — from inside the app
- Open the Luneon app on your device.
- Go to the Parent area (you will be asked the parental lock).
- Scroll to the Account section and tap your connected account avatar.
- Choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
Alternative — by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at gcjjosephgcj@gmail.com from the Google email address linked to your account. Requests are processed within 7 business days (at the latest within 30 days).
Data that is deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account (linked Google identifier);
- Child profiles created in the app;
- Preferences (language, theme, parental settings);
- Listening history and progress through stories;
- Voice recordings made with the souffleur mode, if any.
Data we must retain (legal obligation)
For accounting and legal compliance, certain anonymised billing records (purchase receipts, amounts, taxes) are kept by our payment processor (Google Play / RevenueCat) for the legal period, without any identifiable link to your account.
Play Store subscription
⚠️ Deleting your Luneon account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Timing
- From inside the app: immediate (sign-out + Firebase account deletion).
- By email: within 7 business days, guaranteed within 30 days.
- Full purge from backups: within 90 days.
