Terms of use
1. The service
Luneon is a mobile app offering a catalog of audio stories for children. Some stories are free; others require a paid subscription (“Luneon Premium”).
2. Account and child profiles
Using Luneon requires the creation of one or more child profiles by a parent or guardian. The (optional) parent account is only used to bind the subscription across devices.
3. Premium subscription
- The subscription is billed via Google Play Store at the price shown at sign-up.
- It auto-renews at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 h before renewal.
- You can cancel anytime from your Google Play Store, or from the “Manage subscription” screen in the app.
- No automatic refund for periods already started.
4. Intellectual property
Stories, illustrations, voices and trademarks in Luneon are protected. Reproducing, sharing or commercially exploiting them without permission is forbidden. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to listen within a family context.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to circumvent technical protections, not to extract the content, and not to use Luneon for commercial purposes.
6. Liability
Luneon is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service stable but cannot be held responsible for outages, errors, or indirect data losses.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always the one available on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
